
SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING
SEMI- private training session, players will enjoy an intense 55 minute to an hour long Skills and Drills session tailored to the Athletes individual game. The goal is to help the player reach their full potential, gain confidence and become a valued asset on and off the basketball court.

GROUP TRAINING
Players will have the opportunity to not only compete but learn from one another in skills and drills designed to enhance each players overall ability on the basketball court. Players are strategically scheduled in private groups, where they will receive a ton of reps in drills that are well thought out to challenge and meet each player’s specific needs.

THE ACADEMY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
7 week Player Development and Strength and Conditioning program that meets 2 times per week for Elementary to High School athletes of all levels. Developing the mindset of "Be A Pro" and Attack Train Focus for each athlete creating a consistent routine to help them reach athletic goals and potential.
