THE ATF MISSION

Established in 2016.

ATF ATHLETIX was created to offer a premium player development, training, and teaching service to athletes wanting to reach their maximum potential. The goal is to always surpass all expectations, through ever-changing growth in what we call, “The Project”. Our main objective is to help facilitate athletic and personal development in a positive, safe working environment, from shared knowledge amassed from years of experience in the world of basketball and life itself. While still maintaining a small intimate, personable, boutique feel to it all.

We take our mission statement seriously and love what we do. We are passionate about working with our athletes in the community, nationally, and internationally around the world.

We aim to establish a culture that will help our athletes promote their passions, drive, and goals through continuous mental and physical development.

“For at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”

Galatians 6:9

PIERRE SULLY

Pierre Sully is the founder and head trainer of ATF Athletix. After playing college basketball, Pierre pursued a professional career overseas, playing for clubs in England, Singapore, and Canada.

After returning to the U.S., he began coaching as an assistant at Lesley University and started his training career in small, local group settings in the early 2010s. Quickly developing a passion for teaching the game, Pierre expanded his training base to include college players across the Boston area; most notably working with University of Connecticut star Shabazz Napier ahead of his senior season.

After Napier was selected in the first round of the 2014 NBA Draft, Pierre continued training him through the early years of his NBA career. As word spread, Pierre began attracting attention from up-and-coming NBA prospects, college athletes, and top-tier high school talent.

Pierre prides himself on being a student of the game. He studies every angle – from big-picture concepts like incorporating defensive rotations into his drills to the smallest details like footwork – always looking for ways to help his players improve. Recognizing that every athlete is different, Pierre builds customized training plans tailored to each individual.

His vision for ATF Athletix is simple: help players reach their full potential. When he opened the Easton training facility, he envisioned a space where athletes could grow holistically — on the court, in the weight room, and mentally. Athletes can improve all aspects of their game under one roof.

Today, athletes at every level — from the NBA and WNBA to the NCAA and elite youth circuits — trust Pierre to guide their development.
